Every Call Answered. Even Mid-Job or Mid-Service.

An AI virtual receptionist that answers your business line, takes the details and sends them straight to you.

Many Customers Never Visit Your Website

They tap "Call" straight from Google. If nobody picks up, they ring the next number.

  • Google search results
  • Google Maps
  • Your website
  • Your van, card or menu
  • Message to youName, number and the reason for the call, by text or email
  • Booking requestJobs, appointments or tables, passed to you or your booking system
  • Put through to a personUrgent calls go to your team, where you've set that up
Calls from Google search, Google Maps, your website and your printed details all reach the virtual receptionist, which sends you a message, passes on a booking request, or puts the caller through to a person.

The Same Call, Two Endings

21:34, a boiler's broken. Drag to compare. Example

With a virtual receptionist

"Thanks for calling Demo Heating. I'm the automated receptionist. I can take your details for the team."

"No hot water. It's Jo, NN3, 07700 900456."

Text sent to youJo, NN3, boiler repair. Call back from 8am.

With voicemail: the caller hears a recorded greeting, hangs up without leaving a message, and the business has nothing to follow up.

How a Call Goes

Two made-up businesses. Not client projects.

  • Says it's an automated receptionist
  • Answers from information you've approved
  • Takes the details you'd ask for
  • Only confirms what you've allowed it to
Incoming call, 21:34Example only

Questions

Anything else? Ask us.

Do I need a new phone number?

Usually not. Calls are typically forwarded from your existing number. We check what your provider supports during the audit.

Will callers know it's automated?

Yes. It says so at the start of every call.

Can it put calls through to me?

Where your phone setup allows, urgent calls can be transferred to a number you choose.

Can it confirm table bookings?

Only when connected to a booking system you use. Otherwise it takes a request and you confirm it.

What about allergy questions?

It doesn't give allergy advice. It notes the question and passes it to your staff.

What does it cost?

A set-up fee and an ongoing fee, depending on call volume and setup. You'll get a written quote after the audit.
